BABY MASSAGE: next course starts 8th February!
Baby Massage: The next course will start on Wednesday 5th February 2012 and run for 4 weeks to Wednesday 29th February, 1.30-2.30pm, £20. For babies aged 4 weeks to 6 months.

Baby massage is relaxing for you and your baby; teaches you to understand your baby’s body language and increases your confidence in handling your baby. Regular baby massage helps your baby’s digestive system and can improve the quality of your baby’s sleep. Classes last about an hour. You will need to bring a changing mat and a towel. Classes are small (maximum 8 parents with baby) for individual attention.
